Processing Time

Current processing time is 3-5 business days. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days

 

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Just add items to your cart d proceed to the Checkout page which offers shipping options and prices.

Returns/ Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds. We will issue store credit only. If you need to return or exchange an item, it must be returned within 5 business days of receipt. Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, or soiled and clothing tag must still be intact. Any items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Email us at Royaldeluxcl@gmail.com for return address. Please include name and order number in the email.

Store Credit will be issued within 3-5 business days of receipt of the returned item.

We are happy to honor exchange requests as long as the item being exchanged is not damaged, soiled and still has clothing tag intact.
