  • WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
    We accept all major credit cards. When placing an order, ensure the correct billing address is used for the order to be approved.
  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP
    Current processing time during COVID 19 is 3-5 business days. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Express orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER
    We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot change orders once they've been placed, you are welcome to return items in accordance with our Returns Policy.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    Unfortuately, we do not issue refunds. We accept exchanges only. If you need to exchange an item, it must be returned within 5 business days of receipt. Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, or soiled and clothing tag must still be intact. Any items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Email us at royaldeluxcl@gmail.com for the return address. Please include name and order number in the email.
  • HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
    Once you receive the item you will have 5 business days to exchange the item. The item will be exchanged as long as the item is not damaged, worn or soiled. Any item received that shows these signs will not be exchanged and will be returned to the customer.
